A grounded path from home cook to professional training
I taught myself to cook at home, and then I built on that foundation with professional training at the Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado. Since then, I’ve developed my craft through years of teaching and cooking for clients in real kitchens and real gatherings.
